You sure cant believe God had planned a meaningful holiday for me...today only I realize it.Why I say so? because I prayed to Him to plan for me a meaningful holiday...Curious about the plan? ya....helping cooking for third year theological students ....I really thanks God as I learned a lot of things from this holiday especially cooking skill...
In the last week of holiday , Elder Phoong brought me to Port Dickson Olive Garden Church to help out the kitchen , and I met 3 sisters and 1 brother from Perak Church who were also helping kitchen .All of them 60 + years old, but they love God very much and come to cook for students , preachers and counselor...from Monday , six of us started prepare food and cooking. There are two sister , Sis Chuk,and Diakenis Hana, very good in cooking, very delicious, that's why I now become fat...hahaha..is okay..and 4 of us do cutting vegetable,wash vege , mop , and other stuff....tired?? emm ya a bit, but not really.we prepared the lunch, sup, dinner, supper for 5 days...and we back on friday, means today...Elder will go to Veitnam next week, I pray for him has a safe journey .
I feel happy to work with them , they are good partner, we got laugh and sharing our story and talk about how God leads our life. I cant stop to hear the 'thank you God' words...I also have been edified by them ,all the senior very kind , they were willing to teach us the cooking skill without anger or criticism, what they have is patient and kind. And I learn two important dishes : Cha Sao and yam pork meat..haha I determined to make one for my parent...Besides, I manage to learn the skill of playing basketball, because a brother had taught me, and I able to shoot in more than 5 balls, i'm so happy, cos I never do it before ....Other than that, I met a very lovely sister , Sister Chen, She is very kind and friendly , I learn best cook rice skill from her, she has 6 children who are cute too...I'm feel so thankful to her for giving us some souvenir. I cant forget her..hahaha...
Today, when cut chili , I use my hand directly touch all the chili, that's why my hand is burned by chili's heat. All the bro and sisters help me to reduce the heat, so today I tried many ways effective ways, like wash hand with hot water, use aloe vera,use salt, use herbal tea leaf, and cream...ya...those ways are really effective to cool down my hand...now only remain two finger tips are still burning, but I believe this will be over..haha..and I gain experience too....In this, I manage to know another two sisters who are Sister Siao and Diakenis Maria....Ohya, I also not forget to thank Elder Phoong and his family for treating me very delicious and expensive dinner and lunch...really million thanks to them ...........really thanks God indeed.....
I love this holiday plan that planned by God, cos I have chance to serve God, knows new bro and sis, learn cooking skill and many more.....Can you see how well the plan of God.^^
