Yesterday , I have two wonderful night and days in True Jesus Church Ayer Tawar . Before we were about to start our long journey from Kampar to Ayer Tawar Church, we were informed to stay overnight at Ayer Tawar for the Dedication of Church on next day. Although it was a bit rush, but we feel so happy and excited . I faster packed by bag, I dumped all my stuff like clothes ,robe ,shampoo and so on into my new big bag. After that we start our journey, but very sad that Kenny cant follow us .
This is actually the first time we were going to Ayer Tawar, I actually heard this name for a lot of times and I just able to see the picture of the cathedral , but now I will able to view it with my eyes and even touched it with my hand, so i feel kind an interesting and cool. The journey to Ayer Tawar church is about 2 hours and because we start our journey at 5.30pm if not mistaken , and we reached there about 7.30pm. Me,Joyce and Jenny followed Chee Mei's car while Tze Yang, Xiang Kee and Ryan follow Church Van(Ryan drove)...With the Chee Mei and Ryan 's excellent driving skill , we reached on time.There are some part of the way are looked scary, as u will across a very dark road , but thanks God, the day was still not dark yet, so we still able to see the road, but if that is night time , we sure cant see the road clearly, even our little finger.After that , we pass UTP ,what a big university. But there are not like Kampar UTAR here, here we have a lot of shop and restaurant, there is still not well developed, so it maybe a bit boring for students there.
At the time we reach Ayer Tawar Church, the day only just slowly became dark . I can feel the guidance of God on the way . Ayer Tawar Church is a shop lot, the ground floor of it is actually a mini market, whatever things are being sold there. It is also so convinient for Jenny whose shoe were suddenly open mouth , mayb too hungry already.Jenny bought a Super glue for her shoe....I just think that everything was so smooth because of God take care of us.
When go up to church, wow, it is so beautiful and crowded by bro and sis . Everyone was very welcoming, and there was a really pleasant atmosphere.The church although looked simple but very neat and nice. The curtain of the church is in green colour ( I not sure the name of that colour) and with 2 row of benches on side.The lectern so elegant designed and decorated with two vase of roses .
After that, adult choir had their practice immediately . We are so amaze with their voice , they were very serious, professional although in practice time.We can see their spirit and enthusiastic ,even the seriousness in doing this divine work. The song of praise are so touching people's heart. I couldn't stop myself to keep standing behind and watching they practise . After that, Chee Mei and Joyce asked me together go down the shop for sight-seeing.
Is the turn of use practiced, this time we feel so cool that can combine with PJ choir to present some hymns for Church Dedication. We are so impressed with PJ choir , they sang very harmony . I was so amazed by the conduct of Bro Raymond. The way he conduct lead our lips to sing easily and in the right way, and is like his hands are singing as well. After that we go out to stage to practice one more time.I hope the time can stop forever . The feel when masses amount of people are singing really cool and awesome.
After that, we had our test and try for our robes and had ''dinner'' .The mee, fried rice and meehun were so delicious although abit cold already as we had our dinner late. Next, we reached a so called hotel stay a night. Chee Mei did not followed as she accompanied a grandma stay at church hall.Me and Joyce with Jenny stay in a room. We played photo taking together until crazy , after that we went to find Ryan, Yang , Kee and Foh took pictures and and had a chat. Ryan were so busy hp +ing with his girlfriend while we were happily chating.
When the supper come, let's guess what it is ......haha...it is 'gong bian' emm... I translated it as moon cracker with two different thing inside it, one is with meat, another with onion. Two of them are nice and delicious, but hard to bite and make people feel so full. But, funny is we still went out to yam cha after ate the 'gong bian'.
After 2pm only we came back sleep .
